Return Policy
ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE THOROUGHLY CHECKED FOR DEFECTS BEFORE DESPATCH.
If you need to return a product, the following applies:
A) All returned products must be in the original condition in which you received them. Any signs of wear or damage will result in the return being refused, no exceptions.
B) The return must be made within 14 days of receipt by contacting us.
C) We will bear the cost of the (first) return of the order if the return is made with the company we work with (ACS COURIER). If you choose another company for the return, or if the same order has to be returned again, the cost will be borne exclusively by you and will vary according to the company, the weight of the package, etc.
D) The return process starts as soon as we receive the product and if the product meets the return conditions (not damaged, not opened, etc.). The refund will be made depending on how you paid:
- If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to your card.
- If you paid by cash, the amount will be credited to the IBAN account you provided.
- In all cases, the process will be completed within ten (10) working days of receipt of the product.
Incorrect product
If the customer receives an incorrect order in a package with their own details on it, they have the right to return the product to the manufacturer and request a refund of the order.
If a refund is required, the amount of the order will be credited to the account associated with the purchase card or the account through which the money was transferred.
